Dr. Theresa Davies is originally from Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. She moved to Lexington in 1998 to attend the University of Kentucky, where she graduated with honors in Biology in 2002. She continued her education at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and graduated in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, she completed her residency at Kentucky Children’s Hospital. Dr. Davies has practiced general pediatrics in Central Kentucky since finishing her residency in 2010. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her special interest include breatsfeeding, newborn care, adolescent care and asthma. Dr. Davies joined PAA in September 2016.

Most important things you’ve learned from being a parent:
Do what you think is best for your children. It doesn’t matter what everyone else thinks. Learn to pick your battles.
