What are your hobbies?

Spending time with family, UK sports, golfing, traveling, watching children’s movies because I am a kid at heart!

What is your advice for expecting parents?

Really enjoy and relish the time together as a couple and continue to strengthen your relationship. If possible, get out and travel somewhere fun even if it’s only for a short amount of time because those memories will last a lifetime!

What is your advice for new parents?

First of all, congratulations and welcome to parenthood! It’s OK to be nervous, anxious, and unsure about everything related to your newborn! Just relax and take a deep breath, things will get easier with time and we are here to help reassure and guide you during this process.

What is your advice for parents of teenagers?

Be available and present in their lives and continue to reaffirm your love/commitment to them even when they don’t act like they want it. Figuring things out as a teenager is difficult, but at least they know that their parents are supportive of them!
