A limited number of same day sick appointments are available 364 days a year. Registered Nurses are available during the day to handle phone calls about your sick child or routine health questions. All routine medical questions, feeding questions and non-sick issues should be directed to our nurses before 4 PM. When you call our office at (859) 277-6102, ask to leave a message for a nurse and we will return your call as quickly as possible. For non-urgent issues, it may take up to 48 hours to receive a call back. If your call is urgent, please tell the receptionist. Urgent calls after 4 PM are not handled by our nurses but by nurses at the Baptist Health Nurse Call Center who can be reached through the Exchange Service at (859) 276-2594. At PAA, we work hard to be available when you and your child need us the most.
New Patient/Baby Orientation
Weekly, on Tuesday and Thursday at the Main Office, we offer noon consults for new parents to come in and meet with one of our providers. Please call our office if you would like to set up an appointment.
