We will be transitioning to a new Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management system starting January 2nd, 2017. We will be asking all patients to fill out yearly paperwork regardless of the last time you filled it out. We understand this may be an inconvenience and do apologize for any frustration this may cause. However, we want to make sure we have all of your information correct in our new system. If you would like to print the paperwork from our website to fill it out before your appointment, please do so.
We are also doing our very best to limit multiple phone calls regarding confirming appointments and checking on balances, but we know this may occur, so we would like to apologize in advance.
Regarding balances, we are trying to collect on any outstanding balance in hopes of clearing out balances in our old system as quickly as possible. Please be prepared to clear any old balances.
We are going to great lengths to make sure this process is as smooth as possible but we expect some delays. We kindly ask that you are patient with us during this time. We appreciate your support!
