We experience a very high call volume between 7:30am and 9:30am. If you are calling for a non-urgent matter (i.e. if you are not in need of an appointment for the day in which you are calling), please try to call after 9:30am to decrease your hold time. Please know that we are making every effort to get to your call as soon as possible!
If you are calling to speak with the Business Office directly, please call 859-276-2005, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
If you are calling requesting an immunization certificate or an appointment for a yearly well visit (check-up), you may do this online! If you are calling requesting to speak with a nurse, you may want to visit our website first, www.paalex.com. We have lots of helpful information under, ‘Your Child’s Health,’ regarding topics such as diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and when to keep a child home from school. Because we receive a high volume of calls requesting to speak with a nurse, it may take several hours to return your call. Our website may be helpful and may even provide an instant answer to your question!
