Emergencies

We admit patients to the University of Kentucky and strongly encourage you to take your child to the University of Kentucky Emergency Room for problems that arise at night and cannot wait until regular office hours.

In case of emergencies at night, call our answering service at (859) 276-2594 before leaving for an emergency room if possible.

Poisonings

In case of poisoning, please call the Kentucky Regional Control Center in Louisville (800) 222-1222, or (502) 589-8222. After receiving instructions from the center, please contact our office immediately.
