Our nursing staff is well trained and able to answer most of your questions or to help you decide if your child needs to be seen. Depending on the volume, it may take 1-2 hours for a nurse to return your call. If you have a more urgent situation, please let the receptionist know that you need your call returned quickly. If you wish to speak directly to one of the physicians, they will be happy to talk with you if they are available. If not, they will return the call during lunch time or after our patients have been seen at the end of the day. When making a phone call to our office, please give the receptionist your child’s name and responsible person’s name, so that the chart may be made available.
